Committee Goals

• Executive Committee
• Implement procedures for recruiting, tracking, and recognizing volunteers.
• Ensure that regular evaluation of staff, Board of Directors, programs, Strategic Plan, and resources are conducted.
• Identify, establish, and review policies and procedures necessary for operations

Program Committee

• Monitor parent and child needs of the community.
• Provide effective programs for children and families using best practices.

Development Committee

• Establish a fund development plan.
• Prepare for and conduct an annual financial review and report.
• Maintain public awareness of CAFE activities as well as child and family issues.

Child Abuse Assessment Committee

• Team will receive training on state of the art procedures.
• Provide on-going support to victims and their families.

Quality Assurance Committee

• Evaluate Council participation with community children and family groups.
• Establish tools and maintain calendar for evaluation of staff, Board of Directors, programs, Strategic Plan, and resources.
• Research effective programs for children and families.
